Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone (516-681-4567). Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help. We also offer walk-ins as schedule allows.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We also offer financing for those that qualify.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Dr fabricant is an incredible chiropractor and a healer. He will take time to explain everything he is doing. I walked out with knowledge that I did not have when I walked in. The doctor was able to eliminate the severe nerve pain I was experiencing. The doctor is master. Go book am appointment if you have spinal issues you won't be disappointed

I woke up with severe lumbar pain and booked my appointment that morning. The office called to confirm the appointment. Dr fabrikant was able to diagnose the problem and was able to adjust the pain away . Not only is Dr fabrikant an amazing chiropractor he also is a great teacher who explains everything. He doesn't rush you out . If you have any type of back issues or neck issues please do not hesitate to call Dr fabrikants office.
