I was not seen by the doctor, that I tried to make an appointment with. Unfortunately, one of the patients rooms had a dirty needle on the floor. ?

The place seemed clean but extremely hot. Two girls were running around taking tests for me. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t my favorite place. I also wasn’t seen by the doctor I had booked the appointment with.

Unfortunately, just moments before my appointment began, I was informed by the nurse that I would not be seeing Dr. Mohamed as scheduled, but someone else instead. This was both unexpected and unacceptable, as patients have the right to choose their healthcare provider—especially when there is a valid reason for doing so.
It is concerning that I was not informed in advance about this change. Clear communication is essential, and I believe I should have been notified and given the option to reschedule or approve the change ahead of time.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that future appointments are handled with the transparency and respect patients deserve.

Appointment supposed to be 1pm and she asked me to come and give blood at 10am just for a while since my appointment was at 1pm. She insisted seeing me knowing that I have an appointment at 10.15am. She did nothing that is annual check up. No Pap smears or blood taken. I will reimburse this with my insurance and to get one real annual check up
