I have always had a great experience at this office...many years of visits. Always seen after a very reasonable wait, Dr. Mufti has always taken time to answer any questions I have and suggest follow up for other medical preventative measures.

Dr. Mufti was very rude, and had no bedside manner. She didn’t introduce herself or take time for any formalities before barging into the exam room and aggressively asking questions, cutting me off before I could even answer. I went in for a pap smear and information about another birth control since I have been unhappy with my experience on Nexplanon. She hardly gave me any information aside from rushing through a few facts about IUDs. I asked for an information pamphlet and she said she would see if she could find one at the front (when I went to the front desk after my appointment they didn’t provide any additional information as I had requested). The pap smear was unprofessional as well. She confirmed that it was my first time having a pap, but instead of making sure I was comfortable and informed she started right away without explaining anything. She spent a total of maybe 2-3 minutes in the exam room before rushing off. Overall, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and rushed.

The visit is short and briefly which is just for annual exam. The doctor office suite 60 needs to add a sign on the lobby floor, Patients need to go downstairs to find it. Now suite 60 sign on the lobby is for the other business. It will be hard for new patients to get into the doctor office by looking for suite 60 on the lobby floor.
