We use a holistic, patient-centered approach that considers the connection between mental, physical, emotional, and behavioral health. We treat conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, OCD, insomnia, grief, substance use, and other behavioral-health concerns. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively and may include medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, and coordination with other healthcare providers. Christian faith-based support may also be incorporated when requested, while respecting every patient’s personal beliefs, background, values, and treatment preferences. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey toward stability, healing, recovery, and long-term wellness. All appointments are provided through secure phone or video telehealth.

My first refill with this practice wasn't sent after my appointment. When I followed up a week later, they promised to submit it and then didn't. I had to follow up a second time to finally get it sent. Dr. Renee's response was worse than the failure. She got defensive, refused to acknowledge the office dropped the ball, and blamed her system as if that excused the problem. She also repeatedly interrupted me to characterize their failure as something other than that. Rather than take accountability, she seemed offended that I expected basic competence. When I asked for referrals to end the relationship, she abruptly left the meeting. For something this fundamental to fail on a first refill, with a provider unwilling to own it, this isn't a practice I'd recommend.
