Very unprofessional. She will set up appointments with you just to not show. Called the office and they are aware that I have this appointment but they're unable to contact her. If you can go somewhere else I would suggest. Getting your health records afterwards is impossible as well. Don't expect to have a visit summary even 2 weeks after your appointment.
My experience was good. I did find out that the recommended pharmacy wasnt accepying new patients and n i havent been able to get in touch with anyone from zocdoc to get my prescriptions filled. No one even called me back to.let me know Shope Rite wasn't going to work. I am disappointed about that aspect.

This office was phenomenal! I was warmly met my the person working at the front. Then I met with Carrie, nurse, who was great at listening to me and my health concerns. She provided so much information regarding my condition and offered ways to help me treat it. Usually at doctors office, I feel like “just another patient or dollar sign”. Here I felt Carrie actually cared and wanted to help me. I think I spoke with Dr.Ogbu on the phone for my test results; however I am not 100% sure. If so, she was also really kind. I will be coming back to this office next time I need treatment.

As always, she is the best! She is now my primary care physician because she has helped me so much in so many different issues! And if she can’t help me, she sends me out for labs and to someone who can. I just can’t say enough about her!?

Dr Ogbu is my primary care doctor. She works with me as my mental health issues anytime I’m sick any female issues I have. If I need labs, she sends me to LabCorp and then has them sent to her. There are times I go to the office and other times I can see her on Zocdoc. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I basically lost both my parents in the last three months, I’m getting a divorce and numerous personal things that she has been there at the whole way to make sure that my mental health is taken care of! As always, she was wonderful! There’s a reason I come back to her every month. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She listens to what I have to say. She gives me suggestions and everything that she’s done for me has worked! There was a time when I had to be hospitalized, and she was right there for me. When I got out to make sure everything follow up was good! I would send my daughter to her and that saying a lot! My daughter still uses a pediatrician though. But there’s nothing bad that I can say about her. she will continue to be my primary care doctor as long as I am here in Maryland! And I don’t foresee going anywhere anytime soon.
