Booked this appointment due to the reviews I read. I didn’t have the best experience with the dentist. She wasn’t that friendly, during my appointment my lip got burnt, and I did not get the results I expected. Due to my disappointment, I came back for a follow up appointment where the issue was fixed but I would not return. It was not worth the money I paid or my time.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I’m very satisfied. All my concerns were listened to taken cared of. This wasn’t my first visit and it won’t be my last. My teeth are at there healthiest since going to this practice. I recommend her!

Without a doubt she is the worst dentist I have ever been to. She has a terrible, rude personality and all of the dental equipment looks like it hasn't been updated since 1975. My first visit, which was just a check-up, was alarmingly painful. I only returned for a second visit because I had emergency tooth pain and was traveling the next day so had to be seen immediately. I walked out (before being seen) after hearing another patient yelling "YOU'RE HURTING ME". I never looked back.

I do NOT recommend this dentist whatsoever. She has the absolute worst bedside manner and even made a joke about how much money my work was going to cost that it was going to pay her rent.
I needed a root canal - seriously a root canal was my worst nightmare and I was scared to death. She began drilling, and I told her I could feel it. I asked for more novocaine. She told me no, that it would kick in soon. So she keeps drilling! And guess what - soon I FEEL it. Do you have any idea what nerve pain feels like? Still cringe at the thought of it.
Make that worse because now I have a space between the tooth she put the root canal in and the next one that I have to floss 5x a day because she left a space in my gum where food gets stuck deep in the gum and won’t get out. Run far away from this dentist!

Firstly, I had been scheduled for Monday 3 days ago. On Monday, they called to tell me to come earlier. Then they said I can come at original time. Later on, they called to cancel Monday altogether, [& they said it was my fault, as I hadn't agreed to the earlier time on Monday, despite that I work] and said I had to reschedule to another day. Then today, I rushed to arrive on time, as was forced to wait 50 minutes, even though I had originally requested a later appointment, which they wouldn't give me. They even said, they don't have to apologize for making me wait, as they are busy taking care of patients.

Then, dentist kept having conversations with her staff, even when it kept me in suspense during treatment.

Doctor Vaynsteyn was not in my insurrance network. She told me my insurrance covered the same percentage as any 'in network' dentists. However, when I consulted my insurrance company afterwards they told me they would cover much less then what she told me because she was not in the network.

This was my first time with Dr. Vaynshteyn.
I was experiencing pain and pretty much knew I was in need of a root canal. I was greeted right away by the office staff and asked to fill out a short packet of paperwork. The doctor saw me almost immediately after and really took the time to hear what I had to say. The DA did all of the X-rays and the doctor gave her prognosis. I was right... root canal. She asked if I wanted to do it right then and there. "Uh.. yeah!"
Since I'm insurance-less, we talked about financing and they even handed me the phone to speak with the office manager who walked me through everything answering every question I had with minute detail.
I 100% recommend Dr. Vaynshteyn and all of her staff for your dental needs.

This visit was probably one of the worst dental visits i've ever had. The secretary who took my x-rays was very nice and pleasant to deal with. However the doctor was late... I felt she was rushing through my appointment and jabbed at my teeth and cleaned as quick as she could. It was messy and unprofessional. I felt also rushed about making a decision about coming back, after saying that I'd be in touch the doctor was rude and walked away and let me go off with my own business.

I am a patient of Dr. Vaynshteyn for over 10 years and had excellent care the entire time. Dr. Vaynshteyn is caring, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything. Staff is funny and fun as well. Who ever gets to brag about dentist visits!!!??? I also love that they are open late nights and most holidays throughout the year. Thank You Dr. Vaynshteyn and staff at the office!!

I had an appointment today at Dr. Vaynshteyn's office, when I came in it was a clean and friendly atmosphere. I don't have insurance, but her prices are EXTREMELY fair and affordable. The office does offer payment plans and financing which i'm very happy about. I have a bit of work to be done which she showed me on my x-rays and with an intra-oral camera. I was a little nervous but she talked to me and explained what each procedure consists of. I am definitely coming to my appointment next week to start the work that I need. For anyone who has a fear of dentists or like me doesn't have insurance and money is tight I recommend this dentist.

Wouldn't go back. Just wanted a routine cleaning. My appointment was moved back an hour on short notice and I still had to wait a significant time to be seen. My cleaning lasted all of ten minutes and didn't include a flossing. To top matters off, I was told to book a follow-up appointment a week later for a "deep cleaning."

Dr. Vaynshteyn is really nice and doesn't have that snobby dentist vibe that many dentists give off. Her assistant/receptionist Diana is awesome as well, very friendly and helpful. If you really don't like going to the dentist like me, I recommend going here. She's quick and doesn't make you feel like a bad person for not having picture perfect teeth!

I had been to the dentist six months ago but Dr. Vaynshteyn found that I needed two root canals. They didn't hurt at all and she was super nice.
