I have a significant fear of the dentist and he did his best to alleviate as much of it as he could, and a dental hygienist was wonderful as well

They scanned my teeth but did not clean them because the doctor was overbooked that day, despite my having scheduled a dental cleaning. Then they contacted me multiple times to reschedule the cleaning (after it had been scheduled after the half appointment), including the day before my next appointment. The doctor's bedside manner was good but overall I was disappointed by the experience around scheduling, insurance, etc.
