My care was unbeknownst to me being mismanaged by my previous provider. In a scramble to find a new provider because my prescriptions were out, I came across Carol on Zocdoc who thankfully had a same day appt. During a busy workday, her and her staff were gracious in helping me get the paperwork submitted. Our appt started right on time. She is down to earth, intelligent about mental health pharmacology, and I believe she has me headed in the right direction from a medication standpoint. Thank you, Carol.

I was highly impressed with Dr. Parker and Casey (spelling?). They were so kind and worked with me even though I messed up my patient forms. They did everything to make sure I was able to be seen! Dr. Parker was very knowledgeable and explained everything which I have not experienced with previous providers!

It was a way more positive experience than with my regular PCP. Dr Parker actually readjusted my medication and added some that have improved my PTSD significantly. I felt heard.

My symptoms have improved drastically because of my Dr on zocdocs than it had in 3yrs with my in person PCP. Wonderful experience with Mrs. Carol Parker. I was struggling with incorporating my mental wellness in to my daily routine. But Mrs. Carol Parker has given me my tools to take back my mental wellness. Also she starts on time and is pleasant to talk to.
