Our Adult & Pediatric Health Center is located at 75 Holly Hill Lane, Suite 102 in Greenwich. In partnership with Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health Systems, Family Centers Health Care offers primary medical and mental health care for children adults in Greenwich and surrounding areas. This location offers family and internal medicine, physical exams for school, athletics and employment, women's and maternal health, immunizations and vaccines, disease screenings and management, sick visits for children and adults, comprehensive well-child care and specialist referrals. As a Family Centers Health Care patient, you have access to Family Centers' health, education and human service programs.

I booked an appointment for my allergies and had been on the schedule for a month. No one called me to tell me the doctor was not an allergist and we spoke on the phone twice prior to my visit. They waited till I was there to tell me they couldn’t help me with my issue

I just finished my initial interview with Melissa Giblin, and I'm very happy with the way it went. Melissa is very professional and very thorough and she listens and explains! I'm 79 years old and have many problems but she spoke to me about all of them in a way I could understand. She wasn't rushed and she truly was concerned. I'm very lucky I found her.
