Absolutely unacceptable. I scheduled my appointment a full week in advance, yet somehow I arrived more prepared than the dental office was. They hadn’t even verified my insurance. Instead of admitting they dropped the ball, they blamed me because they supposedly couldn’t reach me by phone, even though they had my email and an entire week to contact me.
Their solution? Wait around for a later appointment and pay out of pocket, or come back the following Tuesday so they could finally verify the insurance they should have handled BEFORE my appointment.
I’m 38 and have dealt with plenty of medical and dental offices. This was easily one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprepared, zero accountability, and clearly no respect for my time or business.
And to top it all off, the lobby smelled like backed-up sewage when I walked in.
I left and absolutely will not be back.

Excellent dentist! The dental hygienist was wonderful, the receptionists were warm and kind. The dentist was knowledgeable and really took his time explaining options and treatment. The office is immaculate. I’m really pleased I found such a great dentist.

I went in for a check up/ cleaning after I was taken right in I got my x-rays and cleaning after the cleaning was done they took photos and found an issue on my furthest moler and got in that same appointment and got it filled. Quick and efficient job 1 week later 0 issues or complaints with the work that was done.

I absolutely loved my hygienist! She was so friendly and a great communicator, detailing the areas she was working on and where I needed to improve for my dental health. I’ll definitely be back for my deep cleaning with her and I'm happy about it!

I wouldn't go back to this office. I was so excited to find an in-network doc just 15 minutes away from my home, but this visit wasn't worth it. I was asked to send over my x-rays taken at a different dentist office from earlier in the year which I had no problem with. I did that within 2 days of being asked and about 2 months before my appointment. Regardless, I was told that I would need additional x-rays taken. I was surprised but agreed because, why wouldn't I? Anyways, insurance only covers x-rays once a year so less than 3 weeks later I'm getting a bill for completely avoidable x-rays (the office was aware that I had these x-rays taken). I don't appreciate that they didn't confirm there wouldn't be an additional charge. I also passed off my night guard to be cleaned, as every dentist office has done in the past. They returned it to me damaged. When I pointed it out, they tried to tell me that there was no way they could have done it. I wear and look at this everyday. Really?

I was so beyond happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment! And each person I came into contact with was so incredibly kind. And the dentist was very patient and explained everything. She was incredible! I was so happy with the entire process so much so that I’ve highly recommend them to a couple of coworkers already! I’ll definitely be going back without question!

I was greeted by 2 very aggressive-aggressive attendants at the front desk when I entered the building. One of the women spoke at me with a very condescending tone while the other looked a me with a smirk on her face while collecting my information. After I filled out the forms that I was asked to fill out, I was told to have a seat until a room was available for me. As soon as I sit down, they wave at me and say that a room was available. After I met with the dentist and had my fillings placed, the assistant didn't even help me remove the bib from around my neck nor did she tell me that there was a piece of the bib behind my neck. I'm contemplating having the office send my films to another dentist because of my treatment here today(first visit). Lastly, I work in Healthcare, specifically with cancer patients, and I understand the importance of patient care and treating people with respect and upholding their dignity. I feel as though my meeting today was devoid of this care.
