Unfortunately, the dental cleaning I requested in advance was not performed. Following routine X-rays, I was informed that the cleaning requires a different appointment, yet no suitable dates were offered. This lack of coordination is disappointing, particularly for patients who have to take time off work and arrange childcare only to find the expected service isn’t provided.

Be careful to book any service with this clinic because you’ll probably just waste your day off!!!! After booking dental cleaning session office gave me a call to reschedule my appointment 15 min earlier BUT never mentioned that they will NOT provide cleaning service. So i wasted a half of my Friday for nothing- the closest cleaning they have in the end of August (in 3,5 month). Also in the office it appears that this is a practice what this people do because other people to their appointment and left confused without service.

I booked my appointment through Zocdoc and confirmed it, checked in and everything. I show up for my appointment and the receptionist says I see your name here, but unfortunately you booked through Zocdoc and that’s only an appointment request so we can’t fit you in because we didn’t accept or reject your appointment request. I said so you saw that I requested an appointment 2 months ago and didn’t call to say you couldn’t fit me in or reject the appointment? Receptionist said nope it was a three day weekend we didn’t have time to accept or reject. I said this is really frustrating when’s your next appointment she said not until November. I said so you’re telling me to get a new dentist? She said yeah I guess so. They didn’t help try to book a new appointment after that and I wasn’t even able to see the dentist for my appointment and it’s a shame because he is great.
