This was a great optometrist visit. They had very modern tools and it was very quick and easy. The Doctor was thorough very knowledgeable and was a joy to speak with.

Friendly staff! Doctor was very nice and friendly and a great communicator. She explained the issue I was dealing with corrected it and made me feel much better. The only thing that I wasn’t very happy about I felt that it was more about selling the glasses and the expensive contacts to me . I visited the office for a different reason than getting my eyes checked but I was approached right away with glasses contacts etc… my issue was not addressed right away till I mentioned it . Selling me the most expensive lenses without mentioning other cheaper options ! I kept asking for it . Finally it was offered to me for half the price.

I made an appointment for a concerning white dot on my Iris followed with light sensitivity and constant irritation. I made sure to write down why I was visiting and all the symptoms both when booking and when filling out the forms before the appointment. I go in and I’m doing a bunch of regular eye vision check up things, which I thought was normal. I was then seen by Dr. Baptiste who was very communicative and sweet but performed a routinely check up and told me I was good to go. Obviously I was confused and this wasn’t her fault, it was simply miscommunication but how can there be a mix up for my visit when I wrote all the reasoning? I was not even asked what brought me in which is why I assumed they knew. I was also off put by being told I was good to go, I spoke up and said I came in for an eye problem and was then only told I had a corneal ulcer. She seemed very rushed and I had no time to ask any questions at all, and I left confused and afraid with what was going on.
