If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are high functioning on the outside but struggling privately with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or life transitions. They want clarity, stability, and to feel like themselves again. I provide a personalized care that blends evidence-based medication management with practical therapy tools.
