Alaa was amazingly thorough and wonderful at explaining things. She helped me understand he to control my diabetes with medication. I want to keep her as my family members nurse practioner as well, and will be sending more clients her way. She also introduced new treatments that would help with my incontinence. I am very thankful for her.

When I went for my visit and said the exact reason why I was there they said they could help. Turns out I was misinformed by the staff and they actually couldn't help at all so wasted 2 months of my time. If you have to pee in a cup they make you use the restroom in the main outer lobby and walk back with your container of pee just in your hands. They could never find my records from the last visit so every visit I was basically treated as a new patient and it took about 2 hours per visit. I got a prescription and had to call 3 times to ask them to send it to the pharmacy. Overall the staff there is very nice, however upon meeting Dr. Turk herself, made me never want to set foot in that place again. I've never had a doctor laugh at me like I was an idiot. Truly awful experience.

I was never seen with the provider I made the appointment with. My appointment was at 3:00 PM and I didn’t get seen until almost 3:30 PM. It also felt like they forgot I was there until I sat up around 3:20 PM asking on an eta of when I’d be seen. I was in the office for three hours doing test and talking to anybody but the provider I made the appointment with. I was expecting to go over the main subject that I made the appointment for yet instead I was told they’d give me a referral for a doctor for that and still made me do all these test. While the staff was very polite, I felt like I wasted three hours of my day and never got my issue resolved. If I knew they were never going to be able to provide me the assistance for my specific issue then and there I would’ve just canceled the appointment.?

Overall it was a bad experience!!! Nobody was prepared. Front desk wasn’t friendly. They didn’t even know where to send me after the app ( referrals). The doctor was in the office for 5 min with me and didn’t do much at all. It was better to go to the urgent care the going to that office. Staff was not professional at all and they were all lost.

I thought I was seeing the doctor, but I saw an NP. The doctor popped in for one minute and didn't look at anything or really communicate at all with me.

I booked an appointment with a physician but when i showed up they only have a nurse on staff. I reported the physician to the medical board. Hopefully they revoke her license for shady practices. This is in violation of zocdoc rules. If you specifically select a physician and uncheck other boxes then by law that is who you should see and be treated by.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Farah Turk and I want to acknowledge the care and compassion that her entire office showed me during my visit. To my understanding the initial check in process (blood pressure, temperature etc) is conducted by a student nurse, and I extend this compliment to her as well for her professionalism and kindness during a very distressing moment in my life. She could not have known it, but she was the first person in my line of support to hear my rather upsetting news and handled it in a way I didn’t realize I needed it to be done. Dr. Turk is attentive and I would recommend her to any woman in my life. I sincerely thank them both for this experience and certainly will return to this office.

The staff was kind and made me feel very welcome. The Nurse Practitioner was a very good listener and did an incredible job running though a lot of questions. (I hope every appointment doesn't include all those questions. ) I had to wait a while to actually speak to the Doctor, but she had a great and kind bedside manner when she did make it in. They did have an adorable dog in the office who seemed to be making her rounds with the patients. She had a great bedside manner too ;-)

I book a physical in person appointment with the doctor and then waited 45 minutes in the room only to find out the doctor wasn’t even in the office and would only speak to me over the phone. Totally unprofessional
