There seems to be a discrepancy between the doctor's availability reported on Zocdoc, since the office rescheduled my appointment twice, even though I was taking apparently available appointment times.

Dr Sheikh was pleasant and communicated very well. I was really irritated by the time I was finally seen by Dr Sheikh. I had already waited 45 mins in the waiting room and an addition 15 minutes in the Dr's consultation room. My appt was 3:15pm I didnt get seen until 4:15pm. "other than that" I didn't like Dr Sheikh.

I honestly have been looking for a PCP for a long time. I trust Dr. Sheikh with my health issues and whatnot and I’m thankful. It took a minute to warm up to him (2 appointments min.) but I’m glad I followed through! I haven’t felt comfortable to stick with a specific doctor since my pediatrician - so that should say something.
(Especially as a young woman of color who feels most comfortable with other women of color).

I had to call the office to get an appointment. The one that I booked in ZocDoc was not actually accepted by the office. The doctor's phone system has long instructions and hold times, which is why I wanted to use ZocDoc in the first place. The office visit went well. Dr Sheikh is great. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The wait once in the exam room was too long, in the room alone for more than 25 minutes. Need to keep the patient informed if there is a reason for the delay. I had a 10AM appointment and the dr. arrived at 10:45AM.

I saw a Dr. Brownsworth who was very pleasant and informative. Although he didn’t introduce himself at all - I was only aware of who had treated me from the paperwork I was given. The overall wait time was very long, with no real explanations or updates by the staff. The surgery could do with improving their interpersonal skills between staff and patient and remembering that the patient doesn’t work there, but is there out of necessity and at great expense.

I filled in my necessary forms as I was a new patient having moved back to Maryland from Massachusetts. Everyone was very nice and efficient and I never felt rushed. I had a 3:30 and was out by 4:30.
