From the start, the office smelled very clean and inviting. As I approached the window and shared my appointment time the wait time was in minute. The Assisatnt was kind, professional, and gentle. The Dr. informed me about the matter and asked me questions regarding my care. She asked if I was alright throughout the process. The Dr. was patient with my questions and provided an extensive response. Thank you again for the care provided. I highly recommend.

Although, the wait time was long.. The office was clean. This is important especially during cold/flu season. The staff was very communicative, patient, and helpful.

This was such an amazing experience. The entire office staff was very nice and did an great job explaining the process and how to maintain healthy clean ears moving forward I highly recommend you go into to have your ears checked

Quick and fast, but please wear a mask in case they are coughing.. I was caught without one, and I hope I didn't take anything home with me that I didn't bring into the office for my visit.
