Very fast we didn't wait very long after I was done with the paperwork. It was maybe 5min. We didn't get great new but I do appreciate the honesty of a difficult situation. I do wish we would have got some paperwork to take home but that's ok

Easy to get an appointment with minimal paperwork. Office heavily prefers cash payments; they do have a card reader but no Apple/Google tap to pay. Doctor listened to what I needed and ordered specialist referrals quickly. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Go for the doctor not the best staff. After attempting an appointment with a different office I was concerned I wouldn’t be seen here. So I called them. The person on the who answered was very rude. Working for a doctors office I’d assume empathy would be valuable. But I was told “I don’t have time for you and to hear your story”. I was shocked. I had been on the phone for maybe 2 mins at that point. I was concerned and already had gotten a Zocdoc appointment cancel and this was an office about an hour away. I haven’t had a business speak so bluntly to me before. When I got there same deal, they were almost mad they had to deal with me ( a patient that used Zocdoc). So just make me this that office isn’t prepared for this service. Especially all the negative comments I got to over hear. As far as the doctor he was very kind and professional. Gave me good advice and made me feel like my issue would be resolved.
