To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24-hour notice is required. Penalty for no-shows or last-minute changes result in a $35 fee.
Family Medicine Austin has a 5 minute late policy, if you are more than 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may have to be rescheduled.

Sarah is such a wonderful practitioner and person. I'm someone who is easily deterred from going to the doctor because I'm afraid of awkwardness, judgment or otherwise unpleasant experiences. But her friendly, caring and considerate manner really puts me at ease and makes me feel seen as a whole person. My appointments with her never feel rushed and she is always dedicated to getting to the bottom of things and explaining things thoroughly if needed. Definitely can't recommend her highly enough.

I had a really good experience with Sarah for a yearly well appointment. She specifically asked if I would like to talk about my weight, which I didn't, and navigated that conversation with compassion. In general I also found her to be easy to talk to and knowledgable.

Ms. Sarah Bradshaw was super attentive and patient, communicated all the information clearly, as well as her assistant. I received necessary instant lab testing, referral to ObGyn and prescribed some medications. The details about my visit were also available on the patient profile. The office staff was polite and professional as well. I don't have any regrets about choosing Ms. Bradshaw as my PCP and visiting Family Medicine Austin.

Easily the best doctor’s office visit I’ve ever had. The whole staff was great. Everyone was kind and helpful. And Sarah was wonderful! She has a calming presence and takes the time to explain things in order to put you at ease. I was insanely nervous because it’s been a long time since I’ve had a physical, but Sarah and another woman she brought in to assist were really funny and relatable. All of my nervousness just melted away. I also had blood work done and the phlebotomist, Emmanuel, was super kind and calming as well. I’m kind of blown away by how relaxed I felt. I’m so appreciative of the whole office and will definitely be going there from now on. I already have a follow up appointment scheduled.

Amazing Provider! Was super warm and made me feel welcome. Explained everything well if there needed to be a test or procedure done to get more information about a certain health topic. Easy to talk to about my health and listens to my experiences. Recommending to any of my friends who are new to Austin area and need to find a reliable PCP :)

Sarah Bradshaw was kind and truly listened. I did not feel rushed and I felt like she cared about my concerns. The office staff and medical assistant made me feel like we’d known each other forever… laughing, talking… overall a very welcoming place. My only negative is that they no longer do medication management of any controlled meds due to the recent shortage. I can totally understand that, though. They do give you a referral to a psychiatrist. I will def be using Sarah as my general practitioner.

The visit was absolutely wonderful, from beginning to end. I had originally just booked the appointment for a physical exam for my job, but the MAs and NP Sarah was able to squeeze in some tests that I requested. The office is clean and well kept. The staff was so friendly and kind. Wait time was short. One of the best doctor office visits yet!

I have just recently moved to Texas from Colorado and of course looking for a primary doctor is extremely hard but i absolutely love this doctors office and everyone associated. The doctor was amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable. The front off was extremely nice and the lady who took my blood was extremely kind and helpful.
