Immigration physical exam patients DO NOT need to sign up and can request appointment. 2. If you cannot make it to your appointment please give us 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment so we can offer it to someone who really needs it. 3. When scheduling for your physical please make sure it has been a year since your last physical or check with your insurance plan if they would cover if under a year, and come fasting for atleast 8-10 hours (nothing to eat but drink 16-24 oz of water).
