Family MI Center is by far the best clinic i have ever attended. From the first time I walked inside, I immediately felt a very warm and caring environment. The medical team was extremely knowledgeable, checked all aspects of my health thoroughly, answered all my questions, and the most wonderful experience was that neither Dr Acosta nor Olivera were in a rush. I felt a holistic approach to treatment and for the fist time felt the support of a medical team that truly cares for their patients. This is an amazing place that is very hard to find nowadays. It was the weirdest experiences in a medical office. Unprofessional staff, I was uncomfortable and felt monitored during my exam. I came in for a routine exam and my time with the doctor I made an appointment was interrupted, I was being high pressured to switch doctors before I could even get my bloodwork. My doctor barely spoke to me while I was getting high pressured to switch to a woman doctor at the clinic. It was a frustrating experience and I do not recommend this clinic.

The process of making the appointment was super easy, and I felt that my provider listened to my (rambling) issues with empathy/without judgement. I knew I needed a medication for an untreated issue, but she also prescribed a new medication for a known condition. Her explanation was clear on the medications and the recommended supplements. She offered testing, but the appointment itself was quick and the prescriptions were sent straight to my pharmacy (along with a discount for those without insurance).

The doctor was so wonderful. I had a terrible experience with a prior PCP, and I was really apprehensive about going to another doctor. Well, let me tell you, Yeinet made me feel so much better. I came in with one plan of action to start bettering myself, and when I left her office, I left with an even better one. Thank you so much to Yeinet and her wonderful staff!
