She was sooooo patient with me. I was experiencing my mood disorder in real time and breaking down and she knew how to speak through the fog to me and she helped to feel seen and hopeful. I feel uncomfortable taking meds but I was less anxious because of how she expressed herself. I was happy with the appointment.
