As a brother and sister team, Drs. Foad and Farah Farhoumand have a unified vision when it comes to caring for their patients, always making it their ambition to provide exceptional care with a smile. We believe in getting to know our patients and their dental needs to establish a trust between ourselves and the patient based on our honesty, ethics and integrity. We are also here to help with any insecurities you might have visiting a dentist, and we do not judge no matter how long you have not visited a dentist.

Farhoumand Dentistry has practically become our entire family’s most favorite dentistry of all time given our record-breaking number of relocations whether it’s in the US or overseas and I don’t even know where to begin with how happy and satisfied we are with their services and expertise.
If you’re new in the Tysons area, and you're looking for a dentist that checks all the boxes, look no further than this practice.
This is a spotless clean office with a staff that is super friendly and approachable when you have questions, ensuring you feel at ease during your visit. They are punctual and considerate of your time catering to your needs and availability first and foremost. They all have excellent communication skills and they never cease to be compassionate no matter what case they have in their hands.
They will personally follow up after a major dental procedure to ensure you aren’t feeling excessive pain or discomfort.

His problem is taking more than a patient at the same time
So he's gonna spend at least 2 hours in one tooth
Once you plan to see him you should have the whole day off

I've been going to Dr. Foad for 12 years now. I love 30 mins away and have no issues with the drive. He's kind, knowledgable, caring, and dedicated to his craft. He lets me ask all the questions I want and offers education to back it up. If I'm uncomfortable, he does his best to calm me before moving forward. My husband is a patient of his as well and so will our toddler. The dentist usually brings about anxiety for most people, not so much for me. Dr. Foad rocks!!!

Dr. Farhoumand is easily the best dentist I've ever been treated by. He's the only dentist I know of who is able to make me laugh while he has a drill in my mouth, and he makes his visits not only painless but fun too. He knows his stuff and found some creative solutions to fix (or at least delay) other necessary treatments; he does quality work and has an eye for detail (dare I say perfection); and he's extremely attentive to patient comfort, always taking the extra time to make sure I'm adequately anesthetized before the procedure, making the visits as close to painless as possible.
His services are a bit on the pricey side, but with insurance forking most of the bill I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Dr Foad Farhoumand has good dental skills and treats patients nicely. But I would appreciate it if he always wears a mask while treating patients. I was there for two and a half hours for a filling, so I wish there were more efficient time management.

Dr. Farhoumand is the best dentist that I've ever had (in almost 60 years of going to dentists). He's also the most entertaining dentist I've ever had -- likes to talk, likes to laugh.

Every visit to Farhoumand Dental is better than the last. It is the best dentist experience I ever had. The entire staff is very kind and welcoming in psychologically sensitive, patient-oriented approach, while very professional and gentle at dental work. They send great reminders for the appointments. Dr. Foad is one of the warmest people I have met, and an exceptional dentist. My visits were pain free, and without any discomfort. I highly recommend this office, and Dr. Foad in particular.

Dr. Foad is the sweetest, most knowledgeable AND most caring dentist I have come across in a LONG time, according to me, that's a rare combination. He is exactly the kind of person you want to see when you want to have work done on something as sensitive as your teeth - be it extracting 4 wisdom teeth at a time, or getting 4 cavities filled in a day. I have had the most pleasurable experience getting treated by him. He puts you at ease and treats you like his own relative instead of a patient. I decided to make him my regular dentist when he decided to give me an immediate appointment for an urgent tooth problem I was facing when no other dentist did. He took special care and treated me to solve my problem. Dr. Foad goes above and beyond in the truest sense of the term. I am indebted to him for having better teeth now than I did 2 years back. Even after moving 16 miles away from his clinic, I have decided to stick with him. Cannot imagine going to any another dentist!

This place is great! Both visits have been very positive ones. The office is located on the 9th floor of the building so it provides a very nice view while the treatment is being done. Also, the whole office has a very upbeat and positive atmosphere. Dr. Farhoumand makes sure that you're comfortable and numbed up adequately for the treatment/procedures. I have been very happy with the visit! I had been very worried abut my tooth extraction, but it turned out that not only the extraction was painless, I was fully informed along the way on what was happening and how it would feel, step by step. During the visit, the doctor alleviated the process by cracking jokes and maintaining a fun atmosphere. This was HANDS DOWN, the best doctor visit I've ever had. I would recommend this dentist service to anyone and everyone!

Today I went to Farhoumand Dental to get a crown done.
Dr. Foad was very gentle and patient with me same as always. The good thing about my visit this time was that they have this new machine call CEREC which they make your crown in the office and they insert it same day! it was very convenience for me so I did not have to come back another time. Thanks to his assistant Aseel and Cena too. very friendly and caring staff ;)

I highly recommend Farhoumand Dental practice. Right after I made my appointment I received a call from the office to confirmed my appointment. When I got there my insurance was verified and I saw the hygiene right away. Dr. Foad did my exam. If you are afraid of dentist, I highly recommend Dr.Foad. He is very gentle and his sense of humor made my visit so easy and I felt so comfortable with him. Another thing that I really like about this practice is that after Dr. foad did my exam, his treatment plan coordinator went over my dental treatment and my Insurance coverage and she answered all my questions. So I know how much dental work I need and how much is going to cost me. Thanks to Dr. Foad and his team.

I highly recommend Dr. Foad. I had an emergency today, the staff called me within five mins they took my insurance information and I did not even wait to be seen.
