Dr. Ahmad's practice is located on the north side of 12 mile road just between Middlebelt and Orchard Lake Rd. Our address is 29930 West 12 Mile Rd., Suite 6, in Farmington Hills, MI 48334. Dr. Ahmad works with patients ages 4 and up. (Please be advised we do not provide pediatric immunizations. Contact your local health department) The practice accepts most insurances. Call the office to schedule your appointment by phone if you have a state mandated insurance plan such as Michigan Medicaid, MI Healthy Kids, any of the medicaid HMO plans, or are unsure if your insurance plan is in our network.

Very friendly! Loved everyone I saw. My nurse was adorable and very kind. The doctor listened to me and gave me reassurance as I’ve never seen a doctor even though I’m almost 30.

Saw this doctor because I needed a new primary care physician in Michigan. I just have a few things to say. Immediately upon arriving, I was barely greeted by any staff and had to wait over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. When I saw Dr. Ahmad, he was a good listener but made me feel a bit uncomfortable. He asked if I had a boyfriend, if I was married, etc which I personally know has absolutely nothing to do with any health information. The RN drew my blood and took a urine screen, just to have a baseline. It's 3 months after my appointment and my lab results were never received. When I called them to request the information, the front office staff had absolutely no answers as to why my blood and urine was never sent or even processed. Frustrated with this office because it took me a while to find a provider, I took work off to go to the appointment, and nothing even came out of it. I think the DR should be more careful with younger women and the personal questions asked.
Overall great experience today. Dr. Ahmad was super friendly! I would only say that the office is old and needs some updating, but it was clean, and the staff was nice.
