I booked the appointment for a video appointment and they called me the night before saying I had to come into the office all the way in Durham I wasted a whole week of time waiting for this appointment when it clearly stated that I was having a video appointment the whole time

Nightmare. Would not answer my questions. 8:40 appt. Seen at 10:00. PA Karen did not introduce herself or apologize for wait. Gave me an inappropriate physical. Asked me to walk like a duck without asking if I was able to do that. I’m 63 with knee and back issues. Nurse was ride when I asked if we were on the same page as to why I was there. She said we get a thorough physical. PA basically called me a liar though my paperwork. Horrible ever. Have reported them to FastMed headquarters.

We booked the appointment online 15 minutes before arriving, and our wait in the lobby was very short. The woman at the front desk was both professional and welcoming. The medical assistant was kind and efficient, and we were seen by Nicholas Turco, PA, right away. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything — what was going on, why it mattered, and what we should do next. His explanations were clear, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.

after 3pm multiple times I've been here they lock the doors. Supposedly closes at 4, accept online appointments past 3:30, but they empty the lobby so no one at the front desk is available to get you.
