Led by Vania François, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, our practice emphasizes listening, patient education, and shared decision-making to create care plans that fit each patient’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. Our services include primary care, annual physicals, preventive screenings, acute and chronic condition management, weight management, birth control counseling, hormone health evaluations for men and women, and care for anxiety and depression. We also offer vitamin injections and IV hydration. We welcome patients seeking affordable self-pay care, with no insurance required. Care is available in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French. they ripped the needle out of my arm after taking my blood, aswell as didnt give me my paperwork, frustrated when i was confused on where to go after my appointment due to them just saying im good to go in the back so i went to the front to check out, but they seemed just angry with me, women at the desk want you out as fast as possible

Meeting and being cared for by Vania Francois, PA, was an interesting, enchanting, refreshing and informative experience. Her directness was an important contradiction to my former history of non-compliance with doctors. It is clear that she is or will be a great patient advocate. Living with many medical issues, she asked for historical details, and desired outcomes. She offered possible solutions where possible and clear information where the was no remedy at this time (tinnitus). With the information offered I am trying new things I never expected I would. Self accountability is headed the next level. ?? I am excited to partner with her on my Medicare journey which began officially on June 1, 2026. Thank you!
