Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I scheduled a telehealth appointment with Rachel and was prepared and available at my scheduled appointment time. However, the provider never joined the video visit, and the appointment did not take place. I received no communication explaining the absence or informing me of a cancellation or delay. I had specifically scheduled this appointment to address important healthcare concerns, so the lack of communication was frustrating and inconvenient. I would have appreciated at least a notification or an opportunity to reschedule.
