it felt like home, you could feel the attention and care, the intention in their actions and they were extremely supportive and uplifting. they were also informative so i didnt feel lost. they made me feel seen and human. i felt safe. would recommend to everyone i know.

I booked an appointment with this provider specifically based on reviews highlighting the doctor's attentiveness. Unfortunately, my experience did not match expectations.
I had the first appointment of the day and waited about 30 minutes before being called back. After intake with the nurse, a nurse practitioner informed me that the doctor was in surgery and unavailable. Instead, I was seen by a medical student.
While I understand emergencies happen, communication was lacking. The student was unfamiliar with standard screening tests relevant to my family medical history. After an hour of waiting, they were unable to locate or order the agreed-upon blood tests, and my required biopsy was never scheduled before I left. I spent over an hour and a half at the clinic without seeing the provider I booked or receiving the necessary care coordination.

Office was inviting and friendly. Did not feel like or smell like a clinic or doctor’s office.
My symptoms & the reasons why I visited were all listened to and analyzed to figure out what is the best course of action. Nothing was dismissed as silly or something I just have to deal with. This was the first exploratory visit, so nothing was settled until more testing is done. Tests were ordered and some done right away, so I have faith they want to do what’s best for me.
