For someone who has anxiety of talking to any medical professional/someone in the field, Steven has made me feel confident in expressing the assistance I need from him. He’s very diligent and greatly educated in what he does. He makes it easy to understand. I have lost weight in the 6 months I have worked with him. The workout and meal plans are easy to follow as well. I have recommended Steven to family members who are now working with him.

I've worked with Steven for about a year now and there's been so many Gains not just in weight training but other aspects of my life as well
So far with his programming I've been destroying my old PRs and feeling recovered for the next gym session !
At first I was inconsistent but Steven helped me reach a different level of confidence and understanding. He did that by always responding to me by hoping on a quick call or even letting me text him about my problems that I was facing.
I would always go with a gym partner but Steven has inspired me to the point to where I even love going to the gym by myself.
On top of all that Steven has tremendous knowledge on food and helped me reach a better relationship with food !
This man rocks ! He's always down to help you work through a challenge you are facing !
