The office was friendly and the check in process was smooth. The office and exam rooms were clean. Dr. Li was very knowledgeable and provided good advice. I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment and was not seen until about 40 min after my scheduled appointment time.

Really Bad experience. I came to this doctor trying to find someone to help me with cysts. When I arrived doctor was an hour late for appointment which I was fine with. During our appointment as a new client trying to go over concerns he interrupted me multiple times to take calls on his phone and I was barely able to talk. He was not taking me seriously as I was trying to explain my pain and concerns and I left feeling very sad and disappointed since I was really looking for someone good and he had good reviews. It’s very hard being a woman feeling pain and a man is smerking as I’m trying to go over my symptoms as if I’m a joke, especially since I had been so patient waiting for him and trying to talk to him as he takes multiple other calls. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a doctor not being engaged during appt. However The girls at front desk are nice and quick.
