At Feeling Good Psychotherapy (FGP), we’re committed to providing you with exceptional results-oriented therapy. We work actively and collaboratively with our clients towards their specific therapy goals. Since each individual is unique in how they respond to therapeutic strategies, we begin with compassionate listening, aligning with you, and prioritizing your goals. When you feel ready, we show you how to master powerful strategies to reduce self-defeating thoughts and beliefs that create emotional suffering. After your goals have been met and therapy is complete, relapse prevention sessions will offer you a toolkit of strategies to navigate life and sustain recovery over the long term. Please note that your intake form (with credit card information) must be completed within 24 hours to secure your appointment with us!

I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Munoz, to say the least. As humans, we all experience challenges and need the support of an empathetic and effective therapist. Dr. Munoz offers a high level of care and hope even when one feels there is none. When one is experiencing a high level of anxiety, depression and hopeless, it is crucial to receive the best care in this situation, if not, the consequences could be detrimental. Dr. Munoz is a true lifesaver, and I don’t say this lightly. She always offers new tools, knows the latest research, a hopeful perspective, and endless amounts of wisdom and compassion. She utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques and seamlessly intertwines them with current circumstances as well as linking its relevance to past behaviors, patterns, relationships in a ways that are so accessible. I love that she emphasizes taking action and forward motion. She never lets me fall into the therapy trap, which is talking too much about the past and mistaking understanding the past for progress. Open-minded, kind, and a staunch advocate for her clients, I was able to achieve a new level of mental health thanks to her guidance.
