I am a trauma informed therapist who helps women heal from abusive relationships. I also specialize in divorce recovery, family conflict, perinatal mood disorders and life transitions. EMDR is my primary method of work for trauma resolution; I have created a 7 Step Model for recovery from abusive relationships. My experience as a therapist spans over four decades and I provide consultation for less experienced EMDR therapists.

When I was first referred to Felice for trauma therapy, I didn't know that to exect and hadn't heard of EMDR. Felice was patient, but assertive and never condescending. She didn't talk to me like I didn't know my own name. She explained EMDR to me in a way that made sense on my terms and never made me feel bad for anything we discussed. I have MANY therapists over the past 20 yrs, but never met one like Felice. She knew how to "read the room" with me and how to bring me back during any episode. This is what makes her so great at what she does. Getting an actual medical diagnosis of "Trauma" and PTSD was very eye opening and mind blowing. Felice found the right ways to really help me make sense of it and understand the multitude of feelings and emotions that followed. My life has completely changed for the better since receiving treatment with her. The skills she has shown and taught me have helped me to get through episodes that I never was able to deal with before. Highly recommedn!
