"Dr. Mallory" was easy to talk to and put my mind at ease about my issue. She listened to my concerns and didn't rush the visit (like most practitioners). She even encouraged me to follow up & said she would respond if needed. Mine was a virtual visit; it sure beat going to an office.

What an amazing service. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a great NP and communicator. Mallory Alves is friendly, genuine, caring and takes the necessary time to build a relationship and understand your needs; all online! I got an two hours after I started the process.
