We are a psychodynamic group practice in Chicago. We believe that psychological, emotional, and relational challenges are part of our shared humanity. We see therapy as a process to expand awareness and deepen understanding, in order to develop a renewed sense of agency and possibility. We help our clients get to the root of what troubles them, so that change and growth can occur from within. We believe in the importance of a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship as a space where people can feel fully accepted, make sense of their experiences, and find a path to healing and hope.
