We are very impressed with Dr. Sayer. He was able to absorb all the details of the situation quickly and with clarity. Our child was able to easily discuss things with him and we also felt comfortable with him. We appreciated not being pushed into medication as a solution right away and found his approach to be well balanced.

My teen's school recommended Dr. Sayer as a trusted referral for our daughter who was struggling with anxiety and depression. He was able to really connect with her, which can be difficult, and helped guide us through a treatment that was very effective, meaningful, and life changing.
