Just want to preface this by saying this therapist never actually saw me. I had 2 appointments booked with him, and on both appointments he cancelled less than an hour before the session. The first time he said he was sick and the next time was because a fire had him stuck in traffic.
After the first cancellation it took days to receive a text back, and after the second cancellation he only replied after seeing my future appointments had been cancelled by me.
I was doing my best to give him the benefit of the doubt but his lack of communication showed me he doesn’t really take his clients mental health too seriously, at least in my case and we never even had the opportunity to meet.
I’m 31 and this was my first experience with a mental health professional, hopefully the future is a little brighter than this for me.

I have very a very complex condition. I relocated from California to Nevada and getting all my medical stuff transferred from one state to the other has been difficult. She was very attentive, and I appreciated her willingness to get my treatment back on track.
