Find Your Ground Counseling, LLC

Compassionate therapy to help you find calm, clarity, and confidence in who you are. Like every plant in a garden, each person has their own rhythm, needs, and way of growing. Some flourish in sunlight, others in shade. This is a nurturing, affirming space to explore who you are, how you want to grow, and where you find your ground, at your own pace, in your own way. Virtual counseling is available for adults and teens (ages 13–18) across Texas, supporting clients in finding calm, clarity, and confidence in who they are. Whether living with chronic illness, navigating autism, ADHD, or other abilities, or moving through trauma, grief, anxiety, identity concerns, or life transitions, your whole self is welcome here. Care is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma- and disability-informed perspectives. Together, we’ll tend to what feels unsupported, unlearn what no longer serves you, and make room for growth guided by your authentic self. Evidence- and mindfulness-based approaches are thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs as you find your ground in this season of renewal.
