I felt comfortable during my visit. Dr. Leandra communicated clearly and explained her clinical reasoning in a way that made the process easy to follow. As a new permanent patient, I appreciated her thoroughness when discussing what my first full session will be like. I created a two part session because I did not follow instructions. ??
Her careful, unrushed approach is the reason I decided to stay with her. She can manage both my therapy needs and psychiatric care, and she listens attentively while assessing my health. For new patients, I recommend filling out the forms in advance and having your records ready if you plan to continue care. I didn’t so if you urgently need medication fills or temporary solutions if you follow all steps you’ll be fine.
I was not here for that today, anyway, but it’s important. Just get it done. Take care everyone and I hope this helps.

Leandra is the best provider I have had in my life and I understand the weight of such a statement. Where other providers would have just prescribed medication and recommended treatment based on my initial superficial presentations, she really took the time to understand the root cause of the issues that made me seek medical care in the first place. Her honesty is sobering, her humor is humanizing, and her ability to be gentle yet firm is a true art form. It is beyond evident that she cares for her patients. My quality of life has significantly improved and I am beyond grateful. If someone is struggling to get through the day and you’ve tried everything, she is a great diagnostician and really works to empower you to HELP YOURSELF to be better and not just outsource the treatment plan to medication or additional providers.
