First Cap Care in York, PA ❤️ South Central Pennsylvania's Premiere Telehealth Family Medicine Practice is Led by Dr. Annie Harberger and Dr. Quincy Harberger, Penn State alum. With 30+ years of combined experience and 5-star Google reviews, we provide concierge care, family medicine, and lab & diagnostic testing through our personalized, direct-to-patient (D2P) primary care. We help PA and MD families achieve long-term health goals by diagnosing symptoms and identifying root causes across both acute and chronic illnesses, enabling them to live more holistically. Our pricing is simple and affordable. We charge $120 for your first visit. That $120 pays for the first visit AND ongoing access to our services for the next 30 days. For example, if we see you today for any reason and then four weeks later another need arises, we will still be available to you at NO ADDITIONAL COST. If you prefer to invest in a continuous membership for more than 30 days, the cost is $60/month for an Individual or $100/month for a Family of 2 adults & 1 child. For families with more than 1 child, each additional child is $30/month. Dr. Annie and Dr. Quincy Harberger are board-certified family physicians who have dedicated their careers to providing accessible, patient-centered care. After years of seeing patients struggle with misinformation and unnecessary medical visits, they created First Cap Care to bridge the gap between quality healthcare and everyday understanding. We are open every day 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Annie was very friendly and professional. Their online medical service is a great alternative to traditional in-office medical care. Many conditions can be diagnosed and treated over the phone or through a zoom meeting. This can be very helpful to individuals who do not have a primary care provider, or are unable to afford traditional healthcare insurance.

This provider is advertising for subscription healthcare not the traditional type, so she was unable to provide care. This was a waste of both her time and mine. If you're looking for a subscription, this might be the provider for you. If not, then I'd recommend booking with someone else. Another problem and source of confusion was that I received 2 different links (doximity and Athena) to join the virtual appointment, and they had her husband's name and photo attached to them not hers. I was sitting in the wrong waiting room. I can't remember which link was correct.
