Very professional and everyone was very kind.
I came in and none of my information that I filled out prior to the appointment was there, so I needed to fill out the documents again. I wasn’t able to do an Ultrasound, after mentioning several times, they just kept saying that that particular nurse may be leaving shortly. So instead of them having me see her before she left, they just neglected my ask. I was supposed to receive a prescription for my migraines and that wasn’t done. When they were doing my bloodwork, I informed the nurse that I have very small veins that hide. She poked me on both arms, with a normal sized needle and couldn’t get any blood. But now I have a visible bruise on my arm because my vein swelled. I paid a copay for basically nothing. And couldn’t receive any results for any of the concerns I came in for.
