Rating this physical therapist with 5 stars is an absolute must. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility, especially therapist Sneha. I initially approached them in a state of desperation, uncertain about walking again. In just one session, Sneha's expertise not only alleviated months of pain but left me feeling better than I had in the past 5 months on crutches. Her thorough examination, targeted stretches, and massage addressed my specific needs, and I even did the workout I truly needed. Witnessing another delighted client, I realized they genuinely know what they're doing. The facility is not only effective but also exudes kindness. If my first visit has already made a significant difference, I can only imagine the positive impact it will have on others. A 100000% recommendation without a doubt."

This office is great, friendly staff. But Dr. Pavel himself never at this location. Apparently they have a lot of offices, the down side is you never know who is the next therapist’s working on you. They keep changing their staffs to different locations (I’m only at my fourth session, I’ve seen three different physical therapists). If you’re looking for someone who’s professional can consistently with the healing process, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Amazing office and very happy with my therapist. I had a severe back pain which was shooting down to leg since 3 days due to which I have booked appointment with them, after therapy I already feel much relieved and can go back to work on same day. I highly recommended them because they all very professional and best in Manhattan, downtown area. Thank you guys for help!!! Looking forward to my next appointment.

Wow, what a great office. Was at 225 Broadway at downtown manhattan and Therapist explained everything very clear and explained the plan of which we will follow for my treatment. I can feel improvements from the 1st treatment already!!!

I was very satisfied with my visit. with Dr. Pavel. He gave me what seems to be practical suggestions on simple exercises and adjustments that I should make to ensure that my work space is ergonomically sound. I learned about what is causing my condition and how I can help myself to resolve the issue. He did not not do anything physical with me on this visit but I look forward to seeing what he will do during my next visit. I also appreciate the late evening office hours. I am very busy during the day so these hours are making it possible for me to actually have regular physical therapy. So far so good!

This was my first experience . I opted them because they are close to where I work and it was easier for me to get treated and get back to work with least travel time.
But I had great overall experience. They understand my tight time schedule. I have been entertain without much of waiting. They have all my information ahead of time from my zocdoc and I just I have to sign few paper.
Im already seeing some movement in my frozen shoulder. I definetly recomend them to anyone with chronic pain.
The Dr Pavel assistant who treated me; was knowledgable. He help understand ahead of treatment how the whole treatment he will follow.
Post treatment he also guided me some exercise that I should do at home to further relax shoulder muscle.
I will plan my second sitting may be next week. I highly recomended this place for professional and quick physical therapy.

Dr. Khromchenko came to the rescue!
Let me start out by saying that I had extreme back pain for over a year. I went to a physical therapy office in the city and was not satisfied with neither the service nor the location itself. I felt like the therapist was not considerate enough about my pain and my condition wasn't getting any better. I did some research to find another physical therapy office around and I found this doctor extremely considerate about my issue. He explained to me the etiologies of my pain. Doctor spent a fair amount of time with me. In the end of my visit he gave me a few exercises to do at home.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I got my appointment scheduled right away. I like the cleanliness of the office itself.

I went to the Wall Street location. The professional touched me very inappropriately and I will never go there again. Terrible experience. Also he tells all of his patients they need to come 3 times a week. One visit, he can't treat two different areas, he wants you to go there again, although you're there already. Shady.

I saw another doctor who works with Dr. Khromchenko and he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
The other staff members were very polite and professional as well. The office is nice and clean that provides privacy for each patient. I saw my therapist 10-15 mins after I walked in (I had to sign some paperwork first, which is why it a while).
Highly recommended and will come again!

The office was calm, professional but not sterile thanks to the staff. They were friendly. The decor is soothing - you don't realize it but it affects the experience. Great location. Thorough in explaining the damage and route to healing. Very pleased!!

Dr Pavel Khromchenko is one of the best Dr's I've seen. Even though he had an emergency he immediately came back to the office when he knew I had still came to the appointment. Gave me a full no rush PT session and made sure I filled out everything necessary to start my first official day. He described and explained my symptoms in such a extensive manner you can tell he truly knows and loves his field. I have no recommended my mom and girlfriend go and visit him. I urge anyone who sees his page to not think twice. Perfect choice and provides hours from early am to late evenings. Excellent choice
