Be wary of pushy recommendations and sarcasm if not succumbing to feedback completely. Apparently, you work to fix and/or buy teeth exclusively, just forget about other hardships of life.

New patients should just be aware that if you're not interested in orthodontia care, this is not the dentist for you. She seemed offended that I would even consider allowing (lack of) insurance coverage influence my decision to get adult braces, and was not kind about me deciding what is or is not a financial priority for myself and my family. I found it inappropriate at best and, at worst, really left a bad taste in my mouth and certain I will be finding a new dentist.

Had a good experience and will go back.
Didn’t love the doubling down on trying to get in as soon as possible (when I already expressed I was going to schedule an appointment soon) and also having to indicate I only wanted to do things covered by health insurance. Both these things are rather par for course with dentists I have been to in the past though.
