We accept many forms of insurance, and offer extended hours for your convenience. Same day appointments are always available.
We provide an on-site lab and diagnostics so you can receive all your tests and results in one convenient location. We use electronic medical records and provide patients with a patient portal, enabling them to take control of their medical needs from the convenience of their home including getting refills, viewing records, addressing their financial statements and communicating with providers.

Dr. Qureshi office is clean and quiet. Its located in an easy to find area. I did not have trouble finding the location at all. I was in need of a new primary care doctor because my doctor had to suddenly retire. I went on ZOC DOC and found Dr. Qureshi and so glad I did! She made me feel comfortable at her office and answered all my questions. I believe in my heart that I made the right choice.
