Comprehensive, physician-led ADHD evaluation and treatment for teens and adults. If you are looking for quick or low-cost stimulant refills, we are not the right practice. If you want thoughtful ADHD care done correctly with responsible prescribing, concierge access, and real follow-through, we may be an excellent fit.
Our program exists because ADHD deserves more than brief med checks, rushed visits, and inconsistent access. We evaluate ADHD as a neurobiological condition that affects attention, executive function, emotional regulation, task initiation, sleep, and performance at school, work, and home. When treated intelligently and safely, ADHD care can be transformational for adolescents, college students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and adults diagnosed later in life.
Our clinicians are physicians who take ADHD seriously. We perform structured diagnostic evaluations, explore coexisting conditions, differentiate ADHD from anxiety and depression, titrate medication based on function and tolerability, and use both stimulant and non-stimulant options. We monitor outcomes based on real-world performance—not just symptom forms or rating scales.
Stimulant medications are Schedule II controlled substances. We prescribe responsibly because responsibility protects access. Our program includes standardized refill protocols (usually on or after the 1st or 15th of each month), PDMP checks, vitals, and occasional urine drug screening as required by federal and state law. These measures are standard for serious stimulant programs and help maintain continuity in a telemedicine-forward model. With teens, parents participate to ensure structure, safety, and communication.
Our price is transparent because transparency avoids confusion. For $275/month, you receive concierge ADHD care with physician access, responsible stimulant management, diagnostic rigor, telemedicine convenience, and follow-up when real life changes. We do not bill insurance and we do not layer on unexpected fees. There are no copays, no rushed visits, and no waiting months for short appointments that don’t solve problems. Instead, patients can reach out with questions, clarify side effects, review progress, or adjust medication without needing to fight through bureaucracy.
Many patients come to us after years of being misunderstood. ADHD is often treated as a behavior problem, motivation issue, or character flaw, especially in adolescence and adulthood. We understand that ADHD is frequently a condition of potential—with strengths like creativity, problem-solving, hyperfocus, and originality living alongside friction, overwhelm, procrastination, disorganization, and emotional intensity. We respect both sides of that reality. Our goal is not to “fix” ADHD; it is to help patients express their strengths and manage the parts that interfere with life.
Adults with ADHD often want consistency and performance. They want to execute on ideas, finish tasks, manage work, maintain relationships, and stop burning time compensating for executive dysfunction. Teens often want support without stigma and autonomy without chaos. Parents want safety, communication, and a plan. Our practice treats all three priorities as real and valid.
Telemedicine is ideal for ADHD care. It removes friction for college students, professionals, and families navigating full schedules. It enables continuity across states when legally permitted, and it reduces the logistical barriers that lead many patients to disengage from care. Patients are evaluated by the same clinicians throughout treatment, which enhances safety, personalization, and trust.
We believe that high-quality ADHD care is worth doing well. We do not aim to be the cheapest option. We aim to be the best. The $275/month fee reflects clinical rigor, regulatory compliance, stimulant monitoring, functional assessment, direct physician access, and a concierge model designed for real-world success—not just symptom reduction or refill maintenance.
