Led by a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist trained at Yale School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins Hospital, we specialize in IVF over 40, low AMH and diminished ovarian reserve, egg freezing, recurrent miscarriage, failed IVF second opinions, ovarian PRP, LGBTQ family building, and individualized fertility treatment. Dr. Kulp is so warm, comfortable to speak with, and gained my trust really quickly! She listened to my questions patiently and answered them thoroughly. Dr. Kulp has many years of experience and it showed.

Everyone was really nice. My only issue was the wait time - I was in the waiting room for over an hour before being seen, and I needed to get back to work. Missed the better part of an afternoon. Would come back regardless, based on the treatment and professional staff.
Dr. Makarov is a hands-on doctor. She does the sono herself and is very gentle and experienced. It's reassuring to know you are in good hands.
