Floating Seed Therapy
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are working through challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential — helping clients connect with their emotions and experiences in ways that foster growth, insight, and resilience. I strive to create a safe, authentic space where individuals and families can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and move toward meaningful change.
Methods and Philosophies
My work is grounded in evidence-based and experiential methods that help clients build awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion.
Core methods: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), and experiential approaches that integrate mindfulness, emotion-focused work, and creative expression.
Philosophy: I believe therapy should balance understanding and action — exploring the “why” behind patterns while building concrete skills for emotional regulation and connection.
Distinctions: I emphasize authentic engagement, strengths-based collaboration, and a developmentally sensitive approach for children and youth. My background includes extensive experience in suicide prevention, emotional regulation, and supporting clients with high sensitivity or overcontrolled coping styles.
