Whether you are an individual navigating a major life change, a couple who has started feeling more like roommates, or a teen overwhelmed by pressure. I don't believe in just sitting back and nodding; I work side-by-side with you to identify the habits that keep you going in circles and build a plan that actually fits your day-to-day life. My approach is rooted in your existing strengths—we focus on what’s already working so you can trust your own judgment and make your next move with confidence. Located in The Woodlands and available virtually throughout Texas, the practice is fully bilingual. We work in English, Spanish, or the Spanglish that feels most natural to you. You don’t have to 'perform' or filter your story here—you just have to show up as you are so we can get to work.
