The Florida Center for Headache and Sports Neurology is a tertiary headache center and Concussion center with roots in the management of headache and head trauma. We also see general neurology patients Dr. Conidi uses a multi-disciplinary approach involving the use of medications, interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and Botox for migraine, behavioral modification techniques, psychological counseling, diagnostic testing and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Dr. Conidi is a board certified neurologist with a UCNS board certification in headache as a subspecialty. We also evaluate and treat for general neurological conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, memory loss disorders like Alzheimers and Dementia, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, neuropathy, seizures, ADD/ADHD and more. Dr. Conidi is also an expert in the field of traumatic brain injury and Sports concussion where he serves as a team physician and consultant for a number of professional sports organizations.
