Office does not accept liberty "medicaid' insurance. I'm disappointed because i went to Liberty mutual website to find a dentist and it led me to this office. I could NOT notify zocdoc because the notifications did not give me option or box to check off that office does not accept my insurance. I should have never gotten this far in the process if dentist did not take my insurance. What a waste of time this was. Having a 3rd party to book through is NOT efficient. If the dentist office booked directly would have saved me tons of time.

Office was all cubicles not individual patient rooms. Only 1 x ray machine and the dentist barely looked at my teeth before telling me I had 2 cavities and then walked away while the staff proceeded to talk to me about payment and costs. Very impersonal. Air conditioner was handing out of the wall. Not a warm or welcoming office environment and compared to other offices machinery was very out of date.

I went there because I needed my teeth to be cleaned and was informed I could only get xrays and an exam that day and have to make another appt for the cleaning. I cancelled and walked out.

The staff was perfectly cordial and helpful however I will not be returning for needed dental work due to the cleanliness of the office. Very dirty all around. Not exactly ideal when you are getting work done in your mouth ??
