Very impressed by office staff, dental hygienist, and Doctor Radford.

Just started my journey after several DDS's that were not to my liking; awesome communicator, straight to the point, looking forward to long term care.

The front office was friendly. I did not realize how long it would take them to just do X-rays. My appointment was at 8:30 & i didn't leave out until 10:15am which i arrived at that time i was taken back to get X-rays done and that experience and tech did an awesome job. I just was overwhelmed by how many open chairs this office had and the fact that i could hear the other patients and convos. The other tech assisting the dentist was probably still training or just finished training and it made me feel uneasy about getting anything done. I sat in a dental chair for some time for them to tell me that i need to get this broken tooth pulled and cared more about the tooth thats been broken vs the sealed tooth and the one next to it which they did not address. No they don't clean your teeth after the X-ray. You have to schedule a separate appt for that. Thank you for explaining that the chipped seal couldn't possibly cause the smell of decay in my mouth it was the "gums around the tooth"

The receptionist wanted me to state my DOB and SS number very loudly in a crowded room- I was uncomfortable; she rolled her eyes and blamed her boss. Wrote down my SS# and left it on her desk for a while and I finally said, can I have that piece of paper? Besides that the staff were all excellent including the doc who sees many patients so I waited about 10-20 minutes in the chair. She was brief yet efficient To be honest, I might not return here bc of receptionist (even though she apologized), I don’t really like the long wait for the short visit with the doctor. I miss my former dentist who would give you lots of time and he would always say, when’s your next vacation and we would chat. He really wanted to get to know his clients and treated you like you were very special.
