The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Courtney, was my therapist she is very friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions explained everything we were doing and was encouraging. My first thought of PT was ugh! I'm not that bad.However, after one visit my lower back hasn't felt this good in years! I came home and told my husband I'm cured lol. I was literally walking with no pain. Yes, I felt a little pain later which I anticipated but if they helped me that much in my first visit I can't wait to see what happens next!

I have been working with Kyra for the last couple of years as my physical therapist. She has helped me greatly. Her biggest accomplishment is I do a lot of standing and I don't feel like falling - good luck getting her, she is in high demand.

I never saw the doctor or had the appointment.
I just want to explain what happened and I could only get this far by completing all the previous questions.
I called for the appointment, spoke to a lady who answered the phone and asked about the P/T Rx. She then told me the Rx had to be no older than 30 days; mine was 35 days old and I was informed they couldn’t see me for that reason.
If the 30 day ‘deadline’ is office policy (doubtful it’s M’care policy) that should be stated on their website so as to avoid wasting time.
